Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-focused Meta Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience scaling campaigns, improving ROAS, and generating qualified leads or sales through Meta platforms.
The idóneo candidate understands audience targeting, creative testing, funnel optimization, and campaign analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Launch, manage,



and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies for customer acquisition and retargeting.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.
A/B test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures to maximize performance.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend strategically across campaigns.
Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking where needed.
Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, or digital brands.
