About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FCC Architect to lead the design and delivery of financial consolidation and close solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, scalable, and efficient close processes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and design of Oracle FCC solutions
Define and optimize:
Consolidation processes
Intercompany eliminations
Ownership structures (NCI, equity pickup)
FX translation logic
Oversee close cycle processes, ensuring stability and timeliness
Manage data loads, mappings, and integrations
Ensure best practices in:
Metadata management
Security design
Data validation and reconciliation
Support and troubleshoot complex close issues
Act as client-facing SME and technical lead

Required Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle FCC
Strong understanding of:
Financial consolidation
Intercompany accounting
Foreign currency translation
Financial statements and close processes
Experience with:
Oracle FCCS
Smart View
Data Management
Close tasks, journals, and forms

Preferred Qualifications
Consulting or managed services experience
Exposure to multiple FCC implementations
Oracle FCC certification

Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure during close cycles
Clear communication with finance and technical teams

Work Expectations
Availability during month-end and quarter-end close
Flexibility for extended hours during critical periods
Accountability for system stability and issue resolution
