Empresa confidencial is looking for a Head of Colombia to join as a consultant and lead the setup and expansion of international trading firm in Bogotá.

This is a hybrid operational and business development role. The initial focus will be on building and scaling company's FX infrastructure, onboarding counterparties, and ensuring smooth execution of FX flows and trading operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational setup of FX-related trading and flow infrastructure in Colombia
- Establish and manage relationships with local counterparties and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks and FX market standards
- Collaborate with general teams to align strategy and execution
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our footprint in the region
- Provide market insights and support strategic decision-making

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in FX operations, either on the bank side or corporate FX




- Deep understanding of Colombia’s financial ecosystem and FX regulatory landscape
- Must be based in Bogotá
- Advanced English is required.
