Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly technical and proactive Automation Specialist with experience working in a marketing or growth agency environment.



This role is adecuado for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of paid media operations and can build systems that dramatically improve efficiency, reporting, campaign workflows, and internal processes.
You’ll work closely with growth marketers, media buyers, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable automation solutions using tools like Make.com, Claude/Claude Code, APIs, AI workflows, and reporting systems. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, problem-solving, and shipping practical systems that save time and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy automations that improve marketing workflows, campaign operations, reporting, and internal processes.
Create scalable systems using Make.com, Claude/Claude Code, APIs, webhooks, and AI-powered workflows.
Streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual work across paid media and reporting functions.
Develop lightweight internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automations for the growth team.
