Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in sustainable engineering, renewable energy, ESG, environmental consulting, clean technology, or related industries.
This role will focus on outbound lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline development within sustainability-focused markets. The adecuado candidate understands the language of sustainability, energy transition, environmental solutions, and ESG initiatives, and can confidently engage with business decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities




Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
Identify and engage potential clients interested in sustainability, engineering, ESG, or clean energy solutions.
Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
Research target companies, sustainability initiatives, and industry trends to personalise outreach.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-booked KPIs.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients across sustainability-driven industries.
2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.
Must have previous experience within sustainable engineering, renewable energy, ESG, environmental consulting, sustainability, clean tech, utilit
