Type of contract:
Temporary (due Maternity Leave)

Role purpose:

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring efficient service, timely solutions, and high customer satisfaction, while supporting commercial and operational processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with a strong service mindset.




- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, quotes, and invoicing while coordinating with internal teams.
- Ability to work with data, reports, and dashboards to support customer service and operational activities.

Requirements:
- Academic Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related area
- +4 YOE experience using reporting or data analysis tools such as
Power BI
.
- Exposure to
ERP systems
such as
Oracle
or
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
.
- Intermediate English (conversational and written)
to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
