Position Overview

We are seeking a
Paid Media Marketing Analyst
to lead, optimize, and scale paid advertising efforts across multiple markets and store locations.

This is not just a campaign management role. We are looking for someone who understands how to connect advertising performance directly to revenue growth.

You will be responsible for:
- Turning ad spend into measurable business results
- Improving customer acquisition efficiency




- Scaling high-performing campaigns across markets
- Building systems that increase ROI and operational efficiency

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Campaign Management

Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads (when applicable)

You will oversee campaign budgets across multiple markets and continuously optimize allocation based on performance.

Performance Optimization

Monitor and improve key KPIs, including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Continuously improve campaign performance through structured testing of:
- Creative assets
- Audience targeting
- Offers and promotions
- Landing pages
- Messaging and funnels

Data & Analytics

Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable business insights.
