Full-time Client Relationship Representative – Albanian Speaker (Remote)

This role is perfect for energetic, ambitious professionals who want a fast-paced, friendly

environment with great earning potential. We also welcome sales professionals from related

industries

Reporting to: Regional Manager

What You’ll Do

Convert leads into clients and build relationships with new and existing partners.

Hunt for trading professionals on social platforms, forums, blogs, and communities.

Find effective local marketing channels to promote FP Trading and its products.

Assist in onboarding trading clients, affiliates, IBs, and other partners.

Collaborate with Marketing and Back-office teams on sales and marketing content.

Maintain and grow client and partner relationships.

Negotiate partnership terms and monitor performance to meet KPIs.

Provide feedback on market trends,



competitors, and customer experience.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Travel to conferences and business meetings as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in FX/CFD or online trading is preferred.

Fluent or native Albanian, preferably with regional connections.

Fluent English.

Client-focused, with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Able to work independently and in a team with a positive attitude.
