This role focuses on refining, structuring, and organizing content execution, supported by systems and AI.

Primary Objective

*Ensure all content:*

· Captures attention quickly

· Is clear and direct

· Positions CEO as a business authority

· Attracts the right audience

· Supports monetization

Core Responsibilities

*1. Creative Quality Control*

· Review and approve all content

· Apply the Creative Scorecard

· Reject or improve weak content

*2. Hook and Messaging Optimization*

· Strengthen hooks and clarity

· Remove generic messaging

· Ensure content is specific and targeted

*3. Content Formats*

· Enforce the 4 core formats:

o Authority

o Mistake

o Framework

o Polarizing

· Maintain consistency in tone and structure

*4. Content Ideation (Structured)*

· Propose content ideas within:

o Defined themes (set by leadership)

o Target audience

o Approved formats

· Generate:

o Hooks





o Angles

o Script drafts

· Use AI to produce variations and options

*5. Content Calendar Management*

· Own and maintain the content calendar

· Plan weekly content output

· Ensure:

o Consistent publishing

o Format balance

o Alignment with growth, authority, and monetization

*6. AI-Assisted Workflow*

· Use AI to:

o Generate hooks and variations

o Explore content angles

o Improve scripts

· Filter all outputs for quality and brand alignment

*7. Alignment with Strategy*

· Work with:

o Director (strategy)

o Performance Lead (data)

o Operator (execution)

· Translate direction into executable content

*8. Continuous Improvement*

· Review weekly performance

· Identify what works (hooks, topics, formats)

· Apply insights to future content

*Creative Scorecard*

Evaluate every piece on:

· Hook Strength

· Clarity

· Relevance (U.S. business owners)

· Authority

· Retention
