The Organizational Psychologist is responsible for strengthening employee well-being, performance, and talent development within the organization. The main focus of this role is to contribute to a healthy and efficient work culture aligned with organizational goals, while also promoting workplace well-being and a positive relationship between Lawfficiency’s clients and employees. This role also works closely with the legal department to help prevent human rights violations and company regulation violations, ensure fair workplace practices, and support compliance with labor and organizational policies.

? Main Responsibilities

* Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes

* Conduct interviews and psychological/work-related assessments

* Design and implement workplace wellness strategies

* Measure and strengthen organizational climate and employee engagement

* Identify training and professional development needs

* Support onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees

* Provide support in conflict resolution and employee relations





* Develop strategies to improve motivation and performance

* Assist with performance evaluation processes

* Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with company values

* Strengthen workplace well-being and the relationship between Lawfficiency’s clients and employees

* Work closely with the legal department to help prevent human rights violations and company regulation violations while promoting fair labor practices
