Empresa confidencial, a U.S.-based healthcare company specializing in Home Sleep Test (HST) diagnostics for sleep apnea, is seeking Insurance Verification Representatives to join our Verification team in Sabaneta.

We are looking for focused, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify medical benefits through payer portals and phone calls.

• Confirm coverage details such as deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and authorization requirements.

• Accurately update and document benefit information in our internal systems.

• Communicate professionally with insurance carriers and occasionally with patients.





• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling high-volume workloads.

Requirements

• B2 conversational English

• On-site availability in Sabaneta.

• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday

• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Preferred but not required: experience with Availity or other payer portals, or previous insurance verification experience.
