We are looking for a strategic and people-oriented People Operations Manager to help scale the organization while strengthening culture, performance, and team engagement.

This role is idóneo for someone who combines empathy with strong execution skills, understands startup environments, and can help align people strategy with company goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead People Operations and organizational culture initiatives.
- Conduct first-round interviews and candidate screening.
- Support leaders and teams on performance, productivity, and growth.
- Measure and understand each person’s impact on the organization.
- Build and improve performance metrics aligned with business goals.
- Drive organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify organizational challenges and solve them proactively.
- Ensure teams are contributing effectively to company growth.
- Partner closely with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Build scalable people processes for a growing startup.

Requirements





Must have
- Previous experience in scaling startups.
- Experience in People Operations, HRBP, Talent, or Culture roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with business orientation.
- Ability to understand productivity and organizational performance.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Strong judgment and ownership mentality.
- Ability to balance empathy with performance focus.

- Experience implementing performance evaluation systems.
