Overview

Our client is seeking an Operations & Content Specialist to help create more structure, consistency, and operational follow-through across two growing businesses: an established mortgage company and an expanding coaching brand.

This role combines operations support, CRM oversight, content coordination, webinar support, and social media execution. The adecuado candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while helping leadership stay focused on growth, sales,



and client relationships. This is not a passive administrative role — the right person will take initiative, improve workflows, and help maintain momentum across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, task coordination, and administrative support across multiple business functions
- Maintain organization and follow-up workflows inside Go High Level and related CRM systems
- Support and oversee existing CRM processes without needing to build systems from scratch
- Schedule and publish social media content across platforms while maintaining consistency and organization
- Organize, archive, and maintain digital content libraries, including video files, clips, and marketing assets
- Assist with basic video editing, captioning, content clipping, and post preparation
- Help maintain brand consistency and ensure content remains active and visible online
- Coordinate web
