Key Responsibilities
- Creative Content Development:
Design and produce high-quality content for social media and the platform. You'll create assets that resonate with families seeking care and professionals looking for caregiver opportunities.
- LinkedIn Mastery:
Manage the LinkedIn page and lead our
LinkedIn Ads
strategy. You will target professional caregivers and B2B partners to expand our network.
- Email Marketing & Automation:
Own the
Zoho Campaigns
ecosystem. You will build automated workflows, newsletters, and lifecycle emails to keep both caregivers and families engaged.
- Ad Campaign Management:
Develop,



launch, and monitor creative ad sets across social platforms, specifically tailored to the nuances of the Texas and Florida markets.
- Brand Voice:
Ensure a consistent, empathetic, and professional tone across all marketing touchpoints.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Platform Expertise:
Proven experience with
Zoho
(CRM & Campaigns) and
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
is mandatory.
- Marketing Background:
3+ years in a creative marketing role, ideally within the caregiving, healthcare, or service-marketplace industry.
- Content Design:
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce visual assets.
- Strategic Writing:
Ability to write copy for email marketing and ads that is both emotionally resonant and action-oriented.
- Regional Knowledge:
Familiarity with the demographics and marketing landscape of Texas and Florida is a strong advantage.
