Provide support and accounting information related to Accounts Receivable through analysis, execution of related

accounting operations, and detailed reports that assist in decision-making and problem-solving in these

areas. The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining the company’s

receivable accounts to ensure timely and accurate customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide analyzed and detailed information on Accounts Receivable ,

according to schedules (month-end closing), including current statuses and

balances of the reported accounts.

2. Monitor outstanding customer balances and proactively follow up to

ensure timely collection of payments

3. Maintain an organized collections schedule and document all





communication with customers. Work with clients to resolve issues delaying

payment, including disputes, missing documentation, and account

clarifications.

4. Escalate overdue accounts according to company policy and support credit

risk assessments when needed.

5. Prepare and report cash-flow calculations according to schedules and the

department’s requirements.

6. Analyze deductions by customers and ensure accounts are reconciled.

Required Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or related fields. Intermediate Excel skills. English C1 level. 1-2 years of experience
