The Senior Accounting Specialist will lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) process and oversee tax compliance for our Colombian operations. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity of financial statements, managing complex accounting reconciliations, and navigating the local tax landscape within a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience and deep technical expertise in SAP.

Responsabilidades
- Manage fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and complex accruals within SAP.
- Prepare the statutory financial statements and ensure alignment with corporate reporting packages.
- Ensure the correct application of tax regulations to daily transactions to minimize fiscal exposure.
- Support the Finance Manager in cash flow forecasting and statutory reporting requirements.
- Supervise the "Medios Magnéticos" (Exogenous Information) reporting process for the DIAN.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of all national and municipal tax returns (VAT,



Withholding Tax, ICA, Income Tax) and ensure adherence to transfer pricing documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax authorities (DIAN), facilitating the delivery of required documentation and explanations.

Requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. A valid Public Accountant license (Tarjeta Profesional JCC) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, preferably within the tech or services sector.
- Advanced hands-on experience in SAP (FI/CO modules) is essential. Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Colombian tax legislation and IFRS (NIIF).
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required for reporting to regional/integral headquarters and collaborating with international teams.
