Funciones del cargo:
Logistics company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with three (3) years of experience in recruiting profiles in the technology and software development sector.
Academic training: Bachelor's degree, specialization, master's degree, or doctorate in psychology, administration, systems engineering, or related fields.
Job requirements:
knowledge of AI tools.
English B2/C1
Functions:
Senior technology,Ensure the review of each assignment received and align the search strategy and process, in conjunction with the Placement hiring manager.
Implement and propose effective talent search and attraction strategies including job postings on specialized portals, social networks, professional networks, and other channels.
Job competencies: comunicación asertiva, resolución de problemas, negociación, técnicas de incorporación.
Salary: $5,000,000 + legal benefits.
Type of contract: Indefinite term.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Workplace: Hybrid in Medellín or remote in various locations in Colombia
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, systems engineering, or related fields.
English B2/C1
