Funciones del cargo:
Empresa requiere para su equipo de trabajo Tecnico, tecnologo o cualificado para el cargo de Junior Project Manager con experiência de mínimo 1 año.
Funciones:
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks; proactively suggest mitigation strategies.
Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
Support the onboarding of new team members to projects and help align them with project goals.
Ensure adherence to company project management methodologies and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
