This role ensures accurate purchase order creation, maintains procurement records, and coordinates order processing. It requires an understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and flexible shift availability to support operations.Reports to: Team Lead – GEBS Business Operations.Work type: Hybrid.ResponsibilitiesBuild processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines.Perform administrative and operational responsibilities for assigned teams and functions.Gather and summarize data to support task completion.Procure IT goods and other services.Source vendors and set up vendor accounts for indirect purchases.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.Build relationships with suppliers to secure best price, quantity, and delivery timelines.Process requisitions and update management on order status.Update inventory, manage stock levels, extract weekly/monthly reports, maintain database, and present reports to management on schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
