At Stack Overflight, we modernize how airlines operate, from booking and servicing to disruption management, messaging, analytics, and ancillary retailing.
Our commercial and growth teams are expanding as more airlines adopt our technology, and we are looking for high-caliber, English-proficient SDRs who are passionate about SaaS and aviation, and want to be part of a company transforming the general airline industry.
As an SDR, you won’t be building the product, you will be opening doors, generating qualified conversations, and connecting airlines with the solutions that move their business forward.
About the Role
You will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying airline prospects across Europe, LATAM, Middle East, and Asia.
This is a strategic SDR role in an aviation SaaS company, working with senior stakeholders: Digital, Commercial, Operations, Ancillaries, Loyalty, CX, and IT leaders.
You will work directly with the Growth, Marketing, and Product teams,
helping shape how Stack Overflight presents its value to airlines worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Research
- Identify target airlines and key decision-makers using Linked
In Sales Navigator, Apollo, and aviation databases.
- Understand airline profiles: fleet, PSS, digital maturity, network structure, ancillary strategy.
Outbound & Qualification
- Execute structured outreach aligned with our messaging frameworks.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear criteria (fit, digital readiness, business value).
- Schedule high-quality meetings for Growth, Product, and Commercial leaders.
Industry Intelligence
- Learn the fundamentals of airline operations, retailing, PSS providers (Navitaire, Amadeus, Sabre, KIU), and IROP/disruption processes.
- Monitor airline news and identify new commercial opportunities.
CRM Excellence
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Hub
Spot).
- Report KPIs: outreach volume, connection rates
