What we're looking for:Minimum 2 years of experience as a TrainerAt least 1 year as a Sales Trainer (sales campaign)Experience training teams on sales processes, objection handling, communication, and performance improvementStrong facilitation and coaching skillsExperience in B2B or B2C sales environments as a trainerWhat you'll doDeliver training for new hires and permanent sales staffCoach teams through practical, performance-driven sessionsIdentify skill gaps and improve training contentTrack training effectiveness and learner performanceWork closely with operations to ensure resultsIf you have experience training sales teams and enjoy developing others, we'd love to hear from you.
