Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute in vitro studies to characterize mechanisms of action, efficacy, and toxicity, including but not limited to cell viability, cytotoxicity, proliferation, apoptosis, and target engagement.Culture and maintain mammalian cell lines (adherent and suspension, primary cells are a plus) using aseptic technique and establish 2D and 3D models as needed.Perform biochemical and molecular biology assays (ELISA, qPCR/RT-qPCR, Western blot, flow cytometry, gel electrophoresis, immunofluorescence).
Design and execute peptide studies, including handling, solubility and stability assessments, and activity assays.Analyze and interpret data with rigorous statistics (IC50/EC50 curve fitting, t-tests, ANOVA, and appropriate multiple-comparison controls) and generate precise figures and technical reports to inform project decisions.Collaborate cross-functionally to transfer assays, support formulation compatibility screens, align in vitro findings with in vivo pharmacology, contribute to study plans and timelines,



and present results to internal teams and leadership.Author protocols within the preclinical studies area, ensuring clarity, reproducibility, regulatory alignment, and version control.Support administrative tasks related to study execution, including sourcing and purchasing of cell lines, reagents, consumables, and instruments, as well as handling vendor communications and quotation requests.Research and run efficacy assays aimed at repositioning our medicine and assessing additional molecules for the treatment of diverse indications.QualificationsBachelor's degree or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.2+ years (industry or academic core facility) running cell-based assays, end-to-end cell culture, experiment, analysis, and report.Hands‐on experience with biochemistry and molecular biology techniques (ELISA, qPCR/RT‐qPCR, Western blot, flow cytometry,
