Job summaryProvides support in all functional areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment and training.ResponsibilitiesMaintains and delivers Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.Communicates and interprets policies and procedures.

s degree or equivalent work experience.2+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist (BPO experience highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English B2+/C1).
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience with HR Information Systems.Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work with a strong sense of urgency.
