Job Function: Software & CloudIdentity & Access Management Analyst - ABACSoftwareOneScope: Full-time | Office: Bogota - Colombia | HybridDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain ABAC policies in cloud and hybrid environments.Analyze user, resource, environment, and action attributes to enable automated access decisions.Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools such as SailPoint, Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, among others.QualificationsTechnical or professional education in Systems or a related field, with solid experience in access management and identity control.Skilled in implementing ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) models to ensure dynamic, secure access aligned with best practices in security and regulatory compliance.Knowledge of access control models: ABAC, RBAC, PBAC, DAC.Experience managing hybrid environments: Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID, AD Connect.Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.Authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth,
