ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment processes from the initial search to successful placement.Achieve and exceed monthly placement and hiring goals.Use ATS systems and recruitment tools to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.RequirementsAdvanced English proficiency.At least 3 years of recruitment experience in IT, sales, executive, or financial roles in the U.S. market.Proven ability to manage recruitment processes in at least one of these areas.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Proactive, results-oriented personality with experience working toward commission-based goals.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment or sales targets.
