About the Role
We're looking for a passionate automation professional to join our Cross‐Platform Automation team, where you will drive the design and implementation of core business and cloud operation processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze business and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Participate in discovery, functional design, and construction of automated processes.
Design and implement automations using Bizagi as the orchestrator, coupled with complementary tools such as Python, PowerShell, and APIs.
Select the most appropriate tool or approach based on use‐case needs.
Collaborate with Product and Cloud Operations teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and explore new automation scenarios.
Document processes and implemented solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in process automation, preferably with Bizagi.
Experience in BPMN modeling, process definition, and visualization.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).




Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
Experience with Azure Cloud (AZ‐900 or equivalent is a plus).
Desirable: knowledge of object‐oriented programming (C#, JavaScript, .NET).
Desirable: familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana).
Desirable: experience with AI‐driven automation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI assistants).
Intermediate English reading and technical documentation comprehension.
