Role Overview
The End User Support Associate provides frontline local IT support to ensure operational continuity.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues
Supporting incidents
Managing tickets and meeting SLA targets
Installing/configuring systems and applications
Escalating complex issues when required
Qualifications / Preferred Skills
Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, applications, basic networking)
Familiarity with VDI, VPN, and telephony tools (Avaya, Five9, Zendesk, RingCentral, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and IT security practices
Strong communication and customer service skills
High ownership, urgency, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset
Strong Written and Spoken Business English
Highschool Diploma (must)
