and other essential HR transactions.Employee Terminations & Exit Processes: Oversee the accurate preparation of exit documents, ensuring compliance with labor laws and social security requirements.Accuracy & Compliance: Be the gatekeeper for error-free transactions by ensuring each action is meticulously executed to avoid any legal issues, safeguarding the organization and employees.Confidentiality First: Exercise the utmost discretion while handling highly sensitive information, adhering to strict data protection policies.
