English conversational is essential for the position.Development and Execution of Talent Acquisition StrategiesDesign and implement innovative and effective recruitment and selection strategies that align with business goals and company culture.Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop proactive hiring plans.Identify and evaluate new sources of talent, including digital platforms, job fairs, recruitment agencies, and university programs.Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition ManagementOversee the posting of job openings, resume screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation,
and offer negotiation.Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience at all stages of the process.Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools to improve recruitment efficiency.Employer Branding and Public RelationsDevelop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent nationwide.Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional associations, and other key organizations.Analysis and ReportingMonitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hires, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress for management.Compliance and Best PracticesEnsure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and internal company policies.Stay up to date with labor market trends and recruitm
