We are searching for engineers to liaise between business stakeholders, internal engineering and architecture teams for robust solutions development and on‐time delivery.
Successful candidates will have a customer‐first, technical, and engineering mindset.
You will work closely with business teams and cross‐functional engineering leaders to learn,
develop and implement market‐leading solutions for the various projects within MET.AccountabilitiesChampions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Gain knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.Learn and perfect business specifications/requirements documentation that is accurately prepared and comprehensive to support sizing/development efforts and as input to various project documentation.Will learn to design data sets for automation where possible, of structured and unstructured data.Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications, writing production quality code, and implementation.Work closely across various technology teams during all stages of the system development life cycle and bridge the gap between business and technology sides.
