This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll help shape the social presence of some large general brands in fashion, footwear, and other verticals.We're a full-service digital agency with roots in fashion and footwear.

Our team is based in Medellín, but our work spans the globe.What You'll Do:Plan and create engaging organic social content for a wide range of clients across industriesResearch trends, audience behaviors,



and platform best practicesDrive organic strategy and help clients grow their reach and engagementStay on top of emerging social trends and adapt strategies accordinglyCollaborate with our creative, content, and paid media teamsWho You Are:Fluent in English (written and spoken)Social media savvy with strong knowledge of platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)Strategic thinker with a creative eye for contentExperience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands is a plusPrevious agency or brand-side social media experience preferredSalary & Benefits:Salary range: 2.5 to 3 million COP/month + benefitsGrowth and learning opportunities (ongoing training & mentorship)Collaborative and supportive team environmentChance to work with well-known global brandsFun, fast-paced agency culture with room to grow
