JOB DESCRIPTIONProvide afterhours support to drivers, clients and brokers, by solving various transportation related issues and assisting drivers in different hours of service-related situations.Duties and responsabilitiesAnswer calls and document information by company policiesRespond to any issues and follow-ups by coordinating with the appropriate departmentsRespond to queries related to updates from brokers and customersPrioritize and organize calls accordinglyProactively address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutionsAssist drivers with Hours of Service related queriesComply with companies communication standards while in verbal and written communicationPreserve excellent relationship with driversKeep a track record of equipment movementEnsure quality customer service providedEnsure that drivers provide all the necessary paperwork on timeRequirementsExperience in logistics or customer relations service will be valued.English B2What do we offer?
