Join us and let's build the future of fintech together.RoleAs a Payments Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately and promptly processing refund requests from our merchants across seven LATAM countries, ensuring compliance with each country's established protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure correct and timely payments to businesses at the Latam level (7 countries)



following the protocols established in each country.Support and accompaniment in projects and initiatives of the payment team.Monitor management indicators.Ticket management requested by our merchants and internal customer.Manage tickets requested by our businesses and internal customers.Perform bank reconciliation (Bank vs Admin).
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related fields.2 years of experience in financial institutions (banks), in Treasury, or customer service areas.Preferred experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, or fintech.Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Excel.Intermediate English proficiency.
