This role offers direct access to senior partners, lean deal teams, and meaningful ownership in complex,high-valuematters within a fully remote, modern law firm structure.What You'll Do:Advise clients on a wide range of outsourcing, technology, and commercial transactions, including IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO), SaaS, cloud, and digital infrastructure agreementsDrive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions.
Identifying inefficiencies, deploying scalable solutions, and raising the AI fluency bar firm-wideLead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, and vendor arrangementsPartner directly with senior stakeholders on strategic structuring of outsourcing relationships, including cross-border considerationsNavigate regulatory, data privacy, and operational risk issues in technology-driven transactionsCollaborate across practice areas (Corporate, Privacy,



Executive Compensation, etc.) on integrated mattersManage multiple high-stakes matters in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentWhat We're Looking For:5–7 years of experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw or leading international equivalent)Deep interest in AI, innovation, and the future of legal servicesStrong background in outsourcing, technology transactions, and commercial contractingDemonstrated experience with complex, high-value agreements and direct client interactionLL.M.
