You are highly detail-oriented, confident coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and capable of managing fast-moving legal workflows while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years of relevant experience working in a law firm, preferably within the Personal Injury practice area
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience using case management systems is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals
Responsibilities
Open claims with all relevant insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Verify and document all necessary details for claim submissions to facilitate the legal process
Client Intake




Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather essential information about the case
Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and maintained in the firm's case management system
Sending Letters of Representation (LORs)
Draft and send Letters of Representation to relevant parties, including insurance companies and opposing counsel
Track and document responses to LORs and update case files accordingly
Requesting and Managing Evidence
Request and obtain video footage, police reports, and other relevant evidence needed to support the case
Maintain organized records of all evidence collected, ensuring easy access for attorneys and paralegals
Liability Follow-Up
Follow up on liability determinations with insurance adjusters and other relevant parties
Communicate updates on liability status to attorneys and provide necessary documentation
Obtaining Insurance Limits
Obtain and verify insurance policy limits from relevant insurance companies
Document insurance limits and ensure they are accurately reflected in the case management system
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure seamless case management
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on the status of their claims and addressing any concerns
