Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement machine learning models for forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection, and optimization.Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and AI solutions.Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and tools that integrate AI outputs with business KPIs.Ensure explainability and usability of AI models for non‐technical stakeholders.Data Strategy & IntegrationCollaborate with data engineering teams to ensure access to clean, structured, and relevant data for modeling.Integrate internal and external data sources to enrich analytical capabilities.Promote data governance and ethical AI practices in model development and deployment.Stakeholder Engagement & EnablementFacilitate workshops and training sessions to increase data literacy and adoption of AI tools.Communicate insights and model results effectively to senior leadership and cross‐functional teams.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementStay current with emerging AI technologies, tools,



and methodologies.Evaluate and improve model performance, automation, and scalability.Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the analytics team.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Business Analytics.Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit‐learn, TensorFlow).
Experience with Power BI and data storytelling.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge & Soft SkillsStrong understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders.Strong data storytelling skills, with a clear focus on connecting analytics to
