the group is implementing a structured programme to enhance its Renewable Energy business.
The objective is to implement an integrated, process‐driven operating model that supports portfolio expansion, manages increasingly complex projects, and delivers the development goals outlined in the group's industrial plan.Head of Business Governance (HoBG) – report directly to the CEO of the Renewable business and be responsible for:Ensuring the operational planning of the business.Governance of the industrial plan.Coordinating cross‐functionally across controlling, procurement, finance, legal, HR, and holding structures.Producing unified reporting.Monitoring performance against plan targets and ensuring alignment and integration across all business functions.
