and build timelines for proposals.Functional Requirements and Daily OperationsEnsure functional requirements are clear, tracked, and achievable.Conduct and manage daily stand‐ups, ensuring they are timely, focused, and brief.Verify project progress through exact ticket workflows and boards.Collaboration and Vision AlignmentCollaborate with the Design and Strategy Team's Project Manager/Creative Directors to ensure alignment with the product vision and high‐level business objectives.Assist in classifying, managing, and identifying risks for functional improvement requests.Team Management and DeliveryManage developers and QAs, guiding the team to focus on the on‐time delivery of agreed products.Demonstrate a passionate approach to project management to establish processes and drive projects forward.Progress Tracking and Quality ControlTrack, analyze, and monitor progress throughout the development lifecycle.Oversee quality control to maintain
