Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs across the United States and Latin America, ensuring alignment with company strategy and local market practices.Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to maintain competitive and equitable compensation structures.Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, merit increases, bonus programs, promotions, and job leveling.Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations for hiring, internal mobility, and retention strategies.Analyze compensation data, trends, and internal equity to support strategic decision-making.Coordinate benefits administration processes, including enrollments, renewals, vendor management, and employee support.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation and benefits requirements in the USA and LATAM countries.Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation frameworks, policies, and benefit programs.Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to compensation metrics, headcount, and benefits utilization.Collaborate with payroll, finance, legal,



and HR teams to ensure accurate compensation and benefits processes.Support integral mobility, allowances, and regional compensation initiatives when applicable.Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records within HRIS systems.Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation structures, benefits programs, and related policies.Assist in audits, compliance reviews, and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs.Stay updated on market trends, industry practices, and legislative changes impacting compensation and benefits across the region.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience managing Compensation & Benefits processes in both the USA and LATAM.Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.Experience working with multinational or regional organizations.Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
