While prior bankruptcy experience is preferred, it is not required.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients to collect required documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements.Review, redact, organize, and prepare client documents for court filings.Perform income analyses and financial calculations using Microsoft Excel to support bankruptcy plan development.Prepare bankruptcy-related pleadings and filings, including affidavits, motions, objections,



and trustee correspondence.Monitor case status and court deadlines; follow up with clients to ensure compliance.Track client payments and address delays or inconsistencies.Enter, update, and manage case data in Clio (legal practice management software).
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure accurate and timely case handling.SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and logical functions.Experience working in office, legal, financial services, or banking environments (12 years preferred).
Familiarity with legal practice management software (Clio preferred).
Experience with bankruptcy software such as Best Case (preferred).
Conversational English level C1.
