The Senior Analyst, Invoicing-Expense Management position is responsible for providing accurate and timely control and processing of operating expenditures.
They work collaboratively with the Officers within their group, and across IT&S; Finance, NBCAU and IT&S; Areas, as required.AccountabilitiesChampions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Provides the following support for IT&S; related to expense management matters:Performing effective expenditure processing,
following established policies and procedures.Conduct data and information validation.Assist with the review of key IT&S; Supplier, offshoring, software and professional services agreements.Assist with ensuring integrity of financial data, coordinate system run reports and maintain systems/databases.Work collaboratively within IT&S; Finance and provide client-focused support, knowledge sharing and operational excellence.Provide timely analysis and reporting on expenditures, including variance reporting, analysis within expenditure categories, operational analysis and accrual summary.The Senior Analyst contributes to maintaining invoicing‐expense management best practices, procedures and complying with Bank guidelines and principles.
They participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis and reporting for the Director and management, as needed.Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture.
