Job ResponsibilitiesExecute the process of handling orders for packaging materials to supply these and additional products for our customers.Provide virtual customer service in the Andean region.Place and invoice customer purchase orders.Track customer deliveries.Actively communicate with our factories to coordinate production and on-time deliveries of orders.QualificationsBachelor studies in progress (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, and related areas).
Desired skills: advanced Microsoft Excel, theoretical knowledge in logistics and supply chain, customer service, inventory management; desirable knowledge of Power BI and SAP; intermediate English; strong communication, dynamic and organizational skills.Internship DetailsInternship availability: between August 3 and July 5, either in 6 months (customer service intern) or 1 year (Supply Chain Customer Service intern), depending on the student's academic plan.Graduation expected: The estimated graduation date must align with the selected program duration:



January **** for the 6-month program or July **** (or later) for the 1-year program.Working conditions: hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., during the full internship program.
