Role Summary and Impact
This critical role is for a highly motivated and technically proficient Multidiscipline Data Analytics Warehousing & Business Intelligence Manager to lead efforts in leveraging data for strategic decision-making, optimizing media solutions, and enhancing our overall data infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with keen analytical insight and a passion for innovation in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence.
You will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and expanding our data capabilities, ensuring data integrity, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external clients, thereby directly influencing our strategic direction and client success.
Skills and Experience
Technical Proficiency:
Strong SQL & Python (pandas, numpy, visualization), ML/DL/AI techniques, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), relational/non-relational databases.
Data Analytics & BI:
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI), advanced measurement solutions (MMM, Brand Lift), data warehousing, ETL, and generating actionable insights.
Data Management:
Integrating, structuring, and maintaining diverse data sources; data process automation.
Experience & Education:
1+ year in data analysis/processing, relevant university degree (quantitative/business).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication (complex data to non-technical), problem-solving, proactive approach.
Language:
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Preferred:
Media agency/advertising background.
Soft Skills
Assertive communication to translate technical concepts into business language.
