The role supports the Key Account Manager in maximizing customer value for Proximus Integral.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate customer onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service implementation.Identify and drive upsell opportunities to increase portfolio value.Manage the full contract life cycle,
from initiation to renewal.Act as the voice of the customer and ensure issues are resolved promptly.Monitor customer usage and satisfaction to detect new opportunities or areas for improvement.Collaborate with Pricing and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing and proper process alignment.Essential RequirementsGraduate degree.2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications business.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Customer-oriented mindset and strong commercial acumen.Creative problem‐solver and proactive thinker.Team player able to manage multiple customers and changing needs.
