You will be the first point of contact for customers, using our CRM to call prospective clients and guide them to a short video about our software platform.
There is no hard selling or negotiation involved.
This is not a high‐pressure sales job: you introduce people to our product and help them take the next step.
If you have experience in a call center, customer service, or any phone‐based role,



you already have the skills needed.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers.Call prospective clients using the CRM and guide them to a short video about the software platform.Maintain a natural, confident conversation in English.No hard selling or negotiation.QualificationsClear and fluent English, comfortable on the phone.Reliable: show up on time and follow through.Ability to work in‐office in El Poblado.No sales experience required; full training will be provided.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $3,700,000 COP guaranteed.50% commissions on every deal (average deal size $1,200 USD).
