About the RoleAs a Chapter Lead, you will own functional excellence and people leadership for a regional or super‐regional chapter (Account Executives, Customer Growth, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Business Development, etc.).
Reporting to the VP of Revenue, your mission is to ensure world‐class delivery, consistent practices, and strong talent development across squads.ResponsibilitiesDefine professional standards, methodologies, and best practices for your chapter.Lead the regional people strategy, focusing on hiring, development, retention, and succession planning.Manage performance cycles, feedback processes, and improvement plans in collaboration with Squad Leads.Own talent decisions including hiring, promotions, salary reviews, and performance actions.Ensure squads are staffed with the right talent in terms of quantity, quality, and capability.Drive enablement initiatives, capability assessments, and skill development programs.Act as main stakeholder for tooling adoption and continuous improvement within the chapter.Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and functional coherence across teams.Support delivery of regional revenue, GP, margin, retention, and growth targets.QualificationsProven experience leading senior commercial or customer‐facing teams.Strong people‐management background with ownership of hiring, performance,
