Company DescriptionThe mission of the Head of Operations is to connect teams, strengthen processes, and structure systems and tools that enable a more efficient operation and sustainable business growth.We are looking for a professional with a strong process- and systems-oriented mindset, capable of optimizing cross-functional collaboration, implementing tools and automation, and building scalable structures that support better and more informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multidisciplinary teams of 30+ professionals.Optimize processes and workflows across teams.Partner with the leadership team to define strategies that ensure budget achievement and market profitability.Implement tools, automation, and technological solutions to improve operational efficiency.Integrate technology, processes, and operations to strengthen execution.Lead the strategic direction of key market projects.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience leading commercial teams and middle management roles (coordinators, team leaders, supervisors,



etc.).
Experience in transferable industries, such as startups, fintech, or other fast-paced environments.Advanced English level (C1).
Experience working with CRM platforms.Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables or advanced level).
Knowledge of Tableau.Ability to develop a holistic and in-depth understanding of the business.Strong capabilities in process optimization and operational management.Systems thinking mindset with experience in process architecture.Experience working with technological tools, automation, or cloud-based solutions.Exposure to data architecture or information systems.Additional InformationPermanent (indefinite-term) contract.Hybrid work model.Monday to Friday work schedule.Competitive salary.Birthday day off.People Pass meal allowance.Private health insurance.Stock option plan.
