Job DescriptionThe AWS Professional Services organization is a integral team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud.
We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives.
Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings that help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption and delivers focused guidance through our general specialty practices, covering a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projectsLeveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planningBridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer objectivesDistilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business objectivesDecomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutionsContributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standardsBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in cloud computing,



preferably with AWS5+ years of project management experience for technical programsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and EnglishPreferred QualificationsActive project management certification (PMI‐PMP, CSM, SAFE)AWS experience and certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate)Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing project communications and presenting to diverse audiencesProven success managing multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise environments, with the ability to recognize and adapt to team dynamics, cultural nuances, and varying operating stylesAbility to present to C‐level executives and technical experts, driving discussions on best practices, project management, and risk mitigationExperience in technical problem‐solvingDemonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects and/or customers
