and industry developments to refine recruiting strategies.Provide strategic consultation throughout a search to ensure we keep strong velocity throughout the recruiting process.Facilitate debriefs and guide decision-making throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment and speed.Conduct market research to identify target talent pools and understand competitive hiring landscapes globally.Manage recruitment reporting, pipeline health metrics, and hiring outcomes to drive continuous improvement.Prioritize and organize workload in a strategic and effective manner to meet hiring timelines.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting role, with experience managing integral recruitment across various industries.Proficiency in sourcing tools, platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media), and Boolean search techniques.Experience in managing inter
