As a Payroll Manager, you will lead payroll operations for the LATAM scope, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
You will play a key role in optimizing payroll processes, supporting audits, and acting as a reference point for payroll related matters.Your Missions:Lead and oversee monthly payroll processing in compliance with local regulations and company policies.Verify and validate payroll data, including working hours, deductions, and bonuses.Ensure accurate tax and social security contributions are deducted and reported.Prepare and review payroll reports,



collaborating with Finance for audits and reconciliations.Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and respond to advanced employee inquiries.Maintain and update payroll records in HR and payroll systems.Stay up to date with labor laws and payroll regulations to ensure compliance.Support HR and Finance teams in payroll-related projects and process improvements.Your Profile:Experience in payroll processing, with a proven track record in an international environment.Knowledge of payroll software and HR information systems.Academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.You demonstrate strong communication skills to support employees and collaborate with teams.You demonstrate leadership and organizational skills.
